Another year is about to come to an end. We are another year older and hopefully another year wiser, too.
2018 is just ahead on the horizon as you strive to keep up the hustle and forward motion from this past year. The holidays can often become the holicraze and I can’t say enough how important it is to remember self-care.
This can often become a time when you are not feeling your best, maybe you are disgruntled, doubtful, floundering, anxious, concerned about the best way to achieve your goals and often are frantically searching for focus or an escape. This headspace can be exhausting and I want you to know that you are not alone. We all experience it and must care for our hearts and minds in those moments.
A phone call to a friend, a walk in the woods, stretching out on the carpet and listening to some favorite music, reading, a long shower, enrolling in a new class, joining a new group, the possibilities are endless and all can be stored in your bank of emotional triggers and resets.
