Gain valuable insight and experience for your auditioning technique and receive real-time feedback and tips directly from Carolyn in this multi-part interactive workshop.

This workshop is designed for actors 18+ who are advanced level actors.

***PREREQUISITE REQUIRED*** 

ACTORS MUST HAVE PREVIOUSLY TAKEN AN ADVANCED CLASS WITH CAROLYN AT THE ACTORPLAYBOOK STUDIO OR YOU MAY SUBMIT YOUR MATERIALS FOR INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL TO JAMI@ACTORPLAYBOOK.COM

Details:

  • Actors will be sent a sides library approx. 1 week prior to class and will be asked to prep one role.
  • Actors will perform and work their scene on-camera with Carolyn. Adjustments and feedback will be provided.
  • A second scene will be assigned by Carolyn in the room for actors to practice their techniques for a rapid turn around/2nd read in the audition room.
  • Actors are expected to arrive to the workshop prepped and ready to play.

  • Saturday, October 19th at 1:30 pm EST
  • The ActorPlaybook Studio is located at 5853 Post Road, Suite 201A, East Greenwich, RI 02818
  • NOTE: The studio is located on the 2nd floor with stair access only.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class. There is ample free parking in the lot outside the studio.
