Kickstart your week by attending our group accountability session with peer to peer mentoring.
Let’s get clear on what actually works.
Accountability. Other people. A little skin in the game. People to turn to when you get stuck or you have a really frustrating month. Sharing your real truth to the group. Shaking out what’s weighing you down when you feel overwhelmed by it all.
You need to be around people who are also working steadily on their own goals.
A career as an actor is not a linear trajectory.
I’m not interested in what you’d do if everything went exactly as you wanted it to—I’m interested in how you stick to it, persevere, and adapt when things get messy. Because life is never going to go as planned.
Going solo on your dreams is overrated.
The myth of the lone creative, hunkering down by themself, is overrated.
Yes, you need to do the work. You alone need to take the actionable steps, overcome resistance, and fight the good fight in making progress on your dreams.
But.
You also need other people to talk to about how the resistance is hard, and how the days get away from you, and how you persevered even when it was a terrible day. How you haven’t prepped a role or put yourself on tape in awhile , but then the next day, you had a breakthrough in your dedicated practice.
It’s other people that help us navigate the chaos.
I’ve created this group for you to have a place to connect with other actors. I’m creating the overall structure—the philosophy, container, and encouraging anecdotes about what it means to pursue a creative career and be human. See you at Breakfast Club!
